Children and youth ages 8 and older with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in Mankato and North Mankato

Hours
  • Office: 9 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Evening recreational programs can last for 1 - 1.5 hours
  • Times vary for weekend activities

Provides recreational activities that include night activities, special events, Special Olympics, and youth programming. Night activities and special events include, but are not limited to:
  • Karaoke
  • Bingo
  • Crafts
  • Community tours
  • Game night
  • Meals
Special Olympics: 8 different sports are offered including:
  • Basketball (full- and half-court)
  • Bowling
  • Bocce Ball
  • Flag Football (Unified)
  • Golf (Traditional and Unified)
  • Softball
  • Swimming
  • Track and field
Multiple volunteer opportunities are available.
