  • Book Club: Group reads a variety of books, from genres like self-help, fiction, and mental health.
  • Breakfast Club: Group members provide support and check ins with each other
  • C.O.P.E.: C.O.P.E. is a group for anyone who has ever experienced a life challenge or trauma. Participants will build supportive connections, share coping strategies, and learn and practice new approaches to addressing life challenges
  • Drawing Club: Group explores artistic expression and its relation to mental health
  • Healthy Lifestyles: Group learns more about healthy lifestyle options and different recipes
  • Lunch Bunch: Lunch led by WSU social work professor Jay Palmer. Sign up in-center at PSN by Wednesday morning to ensure food for all.
