Provides nutrition education, counseling, and foods that promote good health for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women with children ages birth - 5.Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) provides the following services:- Assistance with any special needs- Health assessment and screening- Nutrition education- Referral to other community servicesWIC benefits are given to participants to purchase nutritious foods such as cereal, cheese, eggs, infant formula, fruits and vegetables, milk, and peanut butter
