- Animal Services: Provides dog and cat licenses - Building Permits and Inspections: The city requires a permits to be filled out and approved by the council anytime there is street excavation, a water main connection, sewer connection or a permanent structure is being built or set down. - City Clerk Department: Election information and voter registration. - Emergency Services: Is prepared 24 hours/7 days a week to preserve life and minimize damage, respond to hazards or disaster events by providing the necessary assistance and emergency support functions, as well as establish a recovery system that will return the community to its normal state of affairs. - Parks and Recreation: Provides park facilities and programs to accommodate the needs and interests of residents and visitors. - Public Works Division - Mayor and City Council: Member information - Sanitation and Recycling: Contracts with an outside waste management company for solid waste collection and recycling. Everyone within the community is required to have garbage collection, and all residential customers are required to have recycling collection. - Utilities: Utility billing for water, sewer, and garbage
