Call for appointment; many cases handled through telephone intake

Required documents

All documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case and the names, phone numbers, and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing and bringing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.

Eligibility

- Seniors age 60 and over; primarily serves Aitkin, Carlton, Cass, Cook, Crow Wing, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Lake, Pine, and Saint Louis counties - This program has no income guidelines, instead there is a priority list of legal issues which generally affect persons with low incomes
