Food Shelves - 360 Communities

Operates a network of five partner food shelves in which clients shop for their own food and have the opportunity to meet with a volunteer to learn about additional resources. Also operates a Nutrition Assistance Program for older adults in Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville, and Rosemount, which provides monthly food support to low-income older adults.
