Provides an indoor and outdoor market, open to the public. Local fresh produce, specialty goods, handmade crafts, prepared foods, live music, and activities are available. - Outdoor Market: East Lot, Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington 55431 - Winter Market: Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington 55431 Market Bucks Program: The Farmers Market is able to match the first $10 that customers spend using their EBT card every day the customers shop at the market. For the first $20 charged on an EBT card, an additional $10 in Market Bucks are free. Market Bucks can be spend in the same way (and are subject to the same restrictions) as EBT tokens. Note: No pets allowed in the market area. No parking in the East/Farmers Market lot. Handicap parking is available in the West parking lot of Civic Plaza. Additional parking available across 98th Street at Public Works.
