Also, must: - Be a family or a single adult - Be currently homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing (doubled-up situations are looked at on a case-by-case basis) - Meet income eligibility (under 175% of the Federal Poverty Guideline) - Willing to participate in follow-up services and cooperation with past follow-up requirements
