Acute care free clinic services; patients have an advocate with them at all times, and are treated by medical and pharmacy students- Blood pressure checks- Heathcare advice- Pharmacy care- Physical exams- Referral system for further health care issues- Referral system for social services and health care accessLab tests include:- Blood glucoseIf a referral is made to a community clinic, the HOPE Clinic staff will set up an appointment time, and provide transportation and other logistical support to get to the appointment.The clinic isn't able to treat all conditions, and in the worst-case scenario, will provide assistance getting to the nearest Emergency Room.
