- Outpatient Mental Health Therapy Ages: Open to all children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services (CIBS): Open to all youth ages 8 - 17
- Family Response and Stabilization Services: Open to all ages, birth - 17
- Youth Assertive Community Treatment (Youth ACT): Open to all youth ages 14 - 21

Offers services:
Outpatient Mental Health Therapy Ages: Children, Adolescents, and Adults (0+)
Provides community-based outpatient mental health therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Licensed therapists are trained in trauma- and stress-informed care and focus on strengthening individuals while supporting family stability. Services are available in person and via telehealth.
- Evidence-Based Practices Include:
- EMDR
- Family Therapy
- Play Therapy
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Active parent involvement (required)
- Individual therapy for the youth
- Person-centered approach
- Therapy for parent(s)
- Therapy for the whole family
- Three in-home therapy sessions per week
- Time commitment of 4-6 months
- Admission coordination
- Care plan coordination with shared youth and family goals
- Residential treatment for approximately 30 days
- Transition planning to safely return the youth home
- CIBS is available in Carver, Goodhue, Hennepin, Scott, Steele, and Dakota Counties, as well as MN Prairie County Alliance (Dodge, Steele, Waseca).
- In Dakota County, referrals are made through the school-based mental health collaborative.
