Offers self-help coping tools to combat depression, stress, anger, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic, schizophrenia, sleeping problems, irritability, etc. Facilitated groups meet in person, online, and by telephone. Open attendance is conducted by phone meetings, online meetings, and chat rooms.
