Description
Offers support while youth work to establish and maintain an independent household. Provides support and skills that will prevent future occurrences of homelessness. Also offers advocacy and safe living accommodations for youth and provides them with support and guidance while they work toward improving their independent living skills. Helps with educational opportunities, job preparation, and job search, and ensures that physical and mental health needs are met.
