- Individuals or families facing eviction - Resident of Golden Valley, New Hope, Crystal, Robbinsdale, or Plymouth - Must have a denial letter from Hennepin County - Must have a source of income

Application process

- Call the Housing Line and leave a message with name, city of residence, phone number, best time to call, and reason for call. Calls are returned in the order they were received. - There is a limited amount of funds available each month. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit paperwork as soon as possible.
