Application/registration form copies of family's birth certificates names and addresses of former landlords are needed for references photo identification (such as a driver's license) Social Security cards for everyone in the household

Description

Administers federally funded rental assistance programs for all of Blue Earth County through the following programs: - Housing Choice Voucher - Housing Stability Voucher - Mainstream Voucher - Emergency Housing Voucher - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing - Project-Based Voucher - Family Unification Voucher Programs Participants receive a voucher that can be used to rent a unit in the private rental market. Program participants pay about 30% of their income toward their rent and utilities. Before assistance is paid, the unit is inspected to ensure it is safe, decent, and sanitary.
