Eligibility
Individuals with limited English proficiency and/or those who are deaf and communicate using American Sign Language; services are provided on-site for appointments in Aitkin, Beltrami, Carlton, Cass, Cook, Crow Wing, Koochiching, Itasca, Lake, Pine, and Saint Louis counties.
Hours
Online booking for interpreters is available 24 hours/7 days a week, with services provided by appointment or immediately when possible

Application process
For immediate services (within 24 hours), call first, then submit the online request form For scheduled services, requests can be made by phone, fax, or secure online form No advance phone call is needed for sessions scheduled more than 24 hours in the future
Fees
Interpreter fees may be adjusted for long-standing or recurring sessions to align with the maximum allowable Medicaid reimbursement for social service agencies or healthcare providers
