- Outreach program to youth in crisis, connecting them to resources and services, and promoting their safety, stability, and full potential.
- Mobile Youth Outreach Center: Provides virtual support and 1:1 in-person mobile intervention to meet immediate basic needs including health food, gender affirming clothing, resources for harm reduction and safety planning, assessments and referrals, and case management. Locate mobile bus sites and locations throughout the Twin Cities by accessing the online schedule or the YSN mobile app.
