Description

Provides a variety of programming for individuals with disabilities looking for activities other than employment. Offers the following programs: - Community-based Day Services: Participants are offered opportunities to learn and apply essential life skills such as self-advocacy, independent living, health and wellness, community safety, and social skills - Embracing Aging Through Social Engagement (EASE): A program for people with disabilities who are 55 and over, seeking meaningful experiences to fill their day as an alternative to work. Staff provide guidance and support by creating an individualized plan for participants to enhance community access and improve their social skills. - Virtual Day Services: participants are offered opportunities to learn and apply essential life skills such as self-advocacy, independent living, health and wellness, community safety, and social skills. These services are provided virtually. A calendar of person-centered topics for personal and professional growth is provided monthly.

Offers person-centered options for individuals with disabilities at home, work, and in the community. Services include vocational rehabilitation, on-the-job evaluation, employment training, individual placement and support, client-directed, and day support services.
