Offers low-income individuals who are interested in opening a small business start-up or need an expansion loan. The program includes: - Child care provider business start-up or expansion loans up to $3000 - Focus on women and minority-owned businesses is encouraged to apply - Small business start-up or expansion loan of $25,000 - Repayment terms are reasonable and flexible
