Description
This program is geared towards youth at risk of not finishing school. The main focuses are to assist with completing high school, move on to post-secondary, and/or transition to work. It offers a summer job for 8 weeks with a paycheck and entry-level training in a variety of occupations. They offer counselors that can help mentor young students, identify problems, and encourage personal goals.

The Northeast Minnesota Office of Job Training offers a wide variety of individualized services designed to help unemployed individuals find and maintain quality employment. Their counselors are very familiar with the array of issues related to unemployment.
This program provides:
- Personal one-to-one career counseling
- Access to computers for your job search
- Occupational and job search skills training
- Help finding work
- Additional support services
They also offer tuition assistance to qualifying individuals seeking education or training in a new field (additional eligibility requirements for this service)
