Free services and resources to victims of identity theft and consumers. Toll-free call center, Live-Chat, website, social media, newsletters, breach reports, Hands-On Mobile Privacy Workshops, and Presentations empower people to protect their personal information. - Assistance to individuals who have been a victim of identity theft, fraud, scams, and cybercrimes including identity compromise involving personal information given to scammers, exposed in breaches, or lost or stolen documents, as well as misuse involving unauthorized use of information for creating new accounts or taking over existing accounts. - Resources for prevention of identity theft - Staff advisors provide detailed guidance and continuous support until the issue is resolved
