Eligibility

Serves residents of Albertville, Becker, Big Lake, Clear Lake, Clearwater, Elk River, Monticello, Otsego, Princeton, Saint Michael, and Zimmerman. Serves older adults and/or individuals living with a disability as able through volunteer capacity.

Great River Faith in Action

Professional and volunteer support services. Faith in Action helps elderly and disabled people in Sherburne County and beyond. Assists individuals to be able to live in their homes safely by providing volunteers to help them with tasks they are no longer able to do alone. This includes rides to appointments, light cleaning, respite care, grocery shopping, yard work, mowing, snow removal, minor home repair, projects, friendly visits, and more.

Does not provide any hands-on, personal care, or medical assistance.

Furniture for Families Program provides basic furniture and kitchen items for struggling, families, in the community as they are able, through donations received from the community and partners.
