Provides the following supportive services: - Adopt-a-Grandparent - Assisted Transportation - age 60 and older - Chore services - Eldercare - Family Caregiver - Friendly visits and phone calls - Furniture for Families - Grocery shopping - Home accessibility accessories installed - grab bars - Household goods - Lawn mowing, leaf raking, snow shoveling - Light housekeeping - Living with Memory Loss (for those who are living with memory loss) - Medical appointments - Medical equipment - Minor home repairs - Necessary errands - Parkinson's - Seasonal yard work - Support for seniors to remain living at home as long as possible - Volunteer opportunities - Youth mission work

Great River Faith in Action
Professional and volunteer support services. Faith in Action helps elderly and disabled people in Sherburne County and beyond. Assists individuals to be able to live in their homes safely by providing volunteers to help them with tasks they are no longer able to do alone. This includes rides to appointments, light cleaning, respite care, grocery shopping, yard work, mowing, snow removal, minor home repair, projects, friendly visits, and more.
Does not provide any hands-on, personal care, or medical assistance.
Furniture for Families Program provides basic furniture and kitchen items for struggling, families, in the community as they are able, through donations received from the community and partners.
