Leech Lake Band Members, Federally Recognized Tribe members or current employees of LLBO.
Required documents
- Medical clearance (fitness staff will determine if person(s) need a medical clearance from their provider before fitness center use).
- Proof of enrollment
- Proof of employment (if obtaining a membership through employer)

- 7 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday
- 9 am - noon Saturday
- 9 am - 12 pm Saturday

Free Membership: - Leech Lake Band Members - Federally Recognized Tribe Members - Current employees of LLBO, MCT, LL Gaming Division, Tribal Police, LL Tribal College, Indian Health Service Individual Membership: - $5 for 1 day pass - $15 for 1 week pass - $30 for 1 month pass - $75 for 3 month pass - $130 for 6 month pass - $240 for 12 month pass Family Membership (immediate family only): - $50 for 1 month pass - $125 for 3 month pass - $220 for 6 month pass - $340 for 12 month pass

Application Process
- Walk In
Persons do not need to have diabetes to use the fitness center, however those who have diabetes will have priority on any of the exercise machines. Membership includes:
- Orientation with fitness equipment - Fitness assessments and personal exercise plans - Personal training sessions - Group exercise classes - Seasonal bike rentals/check-out - Fitness challenges with incentives - Annual memorial walk/run - Monitor blood sugar pre/post exercise - Monitor blood pressure pre/post exercise if needed - Help obtain medical clearance if needed - Locker room with showers - Pool use at Palace and Northern Lights Casinos
