  • Individual and group education on birth control methods, reproductive health and sexually transmitted diseases - Referral to other community resources - Cost of service is a sliding fee based on income Financial Support For: - Physical exams - Laboratory tests - Pap smears - Pregnancy testing - Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and common infections - Birth control prescriptions and supplies - Fertility counseling - In the case of minors, financial information is based on the income of the minor individual, not his or her family - In accordance with the present law, adolescents may receive counseling without their parents being informed
