- Shelter for Asian women and their children under age 15 who are victims of domestic violence - Shelter is geared toward Asian community but will accept women of all nationalities and races - Serves primarily Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
