Eligibility

First time youth offenders ages 10 - 17 apprehended for theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and domestic violence. Serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, and Scott counties.

Program Fees

Provides educational seminars for offenders and family. Three session classes for property offenders, shoplifters, and vandalism offered quarterly; attendance may allow for diversion out of criminal justice system; parent or guardian required to attend all three sessions. Diversion contract discussed with client and family for first time offenses to allow for diversion out of criminal justice system.
