Program offers:
  • Common assessments are available for those experiencing homelessness to be placed on a list for housing programs in coordinated entry
  • Individuals and families experiencing homelessness can be screened through Tri-Cap for housing-related coordinated entry by completing a common assessment
NOTE: No longer assisting with direct rental assistance programs, may provide referrals Individuals and families must go through the Coordinated Entry System and must be active by completing a common assessment to be eligible for a referral to one of the housing programs.
