Description

Time limited Housing is available for homeless families referred through Coordinated Entry System. Families must be willing to work on goals related to self-sufficiency. Clients may stay up to 24 months if compliant with rules, which include remain law abiding, maintaining sobriety, active search for permanent and affordable housing. Must participate in case management and supportive service home visits 2 x per month.
