- Call; email - An assessment is required to determine what services each client is eligible for. The in home assessment is done by Mary T. Inc.'s registered nurse. It takes about one - two hours to complete. The assessment goes over health related questions, what type of care the individual needs, medical history, etc. Appointments for assessments are made within two days of the call. Next day services are possible after the assessment.
