Provides eligible drivers with alcohol or drug-related offenses the ability to regain limited or full driving privileges by installing an ignition interlock device. The device requires a breath test before the vehicle will start and during use to ensure the driver is alcohol-free. Participation may be required or voluntary, depending on offense history, and compliance is required for license reinstatement.
