Description

Provides affordable housing, home repair programs, and home loan programs to those who qualify. Services include: - Federal home loan program - Home rehabilitation program through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and other funding agencies to provide grants to homeowners for home improvements. Grants are competitive and dependent upon funding. - Low rent and tax credit program to help families get into affordable housing
