Full representation on certain types of employment law related issues for persons living in Hennepin County. No discrimination or worker compensation cases. Cases handled include: - Employee benefit issues - Recovering back pay, limited to amounts less than $300. - Unemployment compensation cases. Telephone appeal hearing and reconsideration cases only. No Court of Appeals cases. - Wrongful termination, only if the individual is seeking the job back
