Description
Provides child and teen checkups for children, teens, and young adults who are enrolled in or eligible for Medical Assistance. The county can also assist families in finding a local provider and transportation for the checkups. The checkups include: - Age-appropriate information on health, nutrition, and safety - Dental referral and oral health resources - Growth and development screenings - Hearing screenings - Immunizations - Lab tests - Oral health screening - Physical exams - Social-emotional screenings - Vision screenings
