Application process

Call and ask for an intake. A receptionist determines eligibility over the phone for service based on income and the type of legal issue.

Provides a Low Income Taxpayer Clinic to assist taxpayers who have Internal Revenue Service (IRS) disputes. Helps with:

- Audit representation

- Fixing identity theft problems

- Getting a payment plan

- Getting a tax refund

- Reducing or eliminating a tax debt

- Stopping the IRS from taking taxpayer's income or their home

- Worker misclassification
