Description
Provides a range of residential treatment and supportive housing services throughout the Twin Cities as an alternative to hospitalization for individuals living with mental illness. Housing options include: - Carlson Drake House: Recovery-focused, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 12 adults with a primary mental health diagnosis; an alternative to hospitalization. - Community Foundations: Evidence-based mental health and rehabilitative services for 16 adults experiencing acute mental health symptoms and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. - Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) - Longer-term residential mental health treatment (30-90 days) - ReEntry House: Mental health treatment and rehabilitative services for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis in a supportive residential setting. Crisis Stabilization: Short-term residential stay (3-10 days) for mental health crisis support - ReEntry Crisis Housing: Short-term crisis stabilization for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Services are provided by a multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, nurses, practitioners, and a peer recovery specialist.
