Individuals and families that live within United Way of Southwest Minnesota's service area, which includes Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, and Yellow Medicine counties, as well as portions of Cottonwood, Lac qui Parle, Nobles, and Redwood counties; eligibility is contingent upon a declared natural disaster occurring within the service area
