Housing Support - Pine County Public Health and Human Services
Provides room and board for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities with the goal of preventing institutionalization and homelessness. Individuals who do not qualify for home and community-based waiver programs may be able to receive supplemental service funding to provide other services, including but not limited to: - Arranging for appointments, meetings, and medical and social services - Assistance with transportation - Medication reminders

Residents of Pine County must meet a combination of eligibility requirements set by the Supplemental Security Income program or General Assistance program to qualify for assistance.
