Child support is money a parent is court-ordered to pay to their child's other parent or caregiver for the support of the child. Either parent may apply for services.
Services include:
- Collecting child support and enforcing court orders
- Establishing paternity, including coordinating genetic testing
- Establishing court orders to pay child support
- Helping families to modify court orders
