Adult Day Services - Breath of Life Adult Day Service

Provides a place for dependent adults (up to 24 a day) to socialize with their peers in an environment that promotes independence, security, companionship, and health monitoring. This enables caregivers, case managers, and family members to receive a break from caregiving. Activities include morning coffee social, dice/card games, therapy dog visits, and more. Pick-up and drop-off transportation is available within a 20-mile radius for older adults who are able to get in and out of a car.

Donations accepted. Free enrollment and trial day up to 4 hours. Cost of day service varies and may be free depending on the individual's financial background.

Older adults ages 55 and older who are residents of Baxter, Brainerd, Fort Ripley, Merrifield, Nisswa, and anywhere else within a 20-mile radius
