Anyone. Individuals who need auxiliary aids and services to participate in programs at the History Center should call three weeks prior to the date accommodations are needed.

  • Museum Exhibits: 10 am - 4 pm Wednesday, Friday - Sunday 10 am - 8 pm Thursday
  • Library: 10 am - 4 pm Thursday - Saturday

Hours of Operation

  • Open Saturday or Sunday
  • View exhibits featuring the Society's collections, large-scale objects, hands-on experiences, characters from the past, and multimedia presentations. Traveling exhibits rotate throughout the year.
  • Public festivals, lectures, films, Sunday afternoon programs, special events, and other family programs.
  • Museum Stores: Two gift stores, one especially for families, featuring Minnesota specialties.
  • Cafe Minnesota: Restaurant serves continental breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch.
