Provides methadone maintenance services to opiate-addicted clients and individuals struggling with alcohol dependence by:
- Assisting clients in discontinuing illicit drug use and associated criminality
- Encouraging positive changes to improve client health, independence and productivity
- Providing antabuse on a regular monitored basis
- Providing counseling and support sessions, to persons who wish sobriety but have had difficulty achieving it through more traditional means
