Offers acute inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to help adolescents and adults regain independence following traumatic injuries or disabling conditions. The center offers intensive, interdisciplinary therapy to help patients reintegrate into their communities.

- Neuropathy/myopathy
- Spinal cord injuries (incomplete and complete at or below cervical level 7)
- Stroke (ischemic, hemorrhagic, aneurysm)
- Traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries (e.g., anoxic or metabolic encephalopathy, brain cancer, carbon monoxide poisoning)

- Arthroplasty with complicating conditions
