Eligibility
- Children ages 3 - 17 who live in Hennepin County
- Must have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and significantly impaired home, school, or community functioning that has lasted for a number of months, or the child is at high risk of experiencing impairment in areas of their life

- Hours: 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Thursday
- Appointment times and locations are set by the family with the Case Manager
