Helps ensure construction projects meet the requirements of both the Minnesota State Building Code and the City Zoning regulations. If residents have questions regarding building permits, the permit process or they already have a permit and need to schedule an inspection, they should call (763)433-9850. - City Engineering: Plans, reviews and prepares projects related to the City's infrastructure, including streets, drainage and municipal water and sewer systems.
