Eligibility
Adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and are: - Residents of Carver and Scott counties - Residents of Dakota County except the cities of Burnsville, Eagan, Farmington, Lakeville, and Rosemount - Income must be at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines
