• City Administration: Manages the day-to-day operations and finances to keep the city running efficiently. Also, handles the city voting and elections.

• Building Permits: Enforces the city and state's building and zoning codes for building and electrical permits

• Public Works: Responsible for the maintenance of all city streets. Duties include snowplowing, street sweeping, sanding, salting, mowing and tree trimming, pothole repair, sidewalk repair, curb repair, water/sewer line repairs and maintenance, city compost site, and more

• Parks and Recreation: Oversees Freedom Park, Hidden Park, High Point Park, Memorial Rose Garden, Northwest Park, and Pleasantview Recreational Area

• Water Department: Responsible for billing and keeping of accounts for residential and business water/sewer service
