Patients will be asked to provide some basic information including name, date of birth, and insurance status No proof of income, citizenship, or residency is required

  • Masking Optional Days: 9 am - 5 pm Monday
9am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 7 pm Tuesday 10 am - 7 pm Thursday 9 am - 4 pm Friday
  • Designated Full Mask Day: 9 am - 7 pm Wednesday

  • Annual exams, pap tests & colposcopy
  • Birth control, including IUDs and Implanon
  • Comprehensive sexual health education in the community
  • Comprehensive STI testing and treatment
  • Emergency contraception
  • Gender Affirming Hormone Care
  • Legal help for queer and trans people
  • Limited primary care services, including cold/flu, rash checks, and immunizations (Hepatitis B, HPV and Tdap)
  • Low-cost and no-cost Rapid HIV testing for uninsured patients
  • Mammogram referrals and breast/chest exams
  • Menopause care
  • Preconception planning and referrals
  • Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) HIV prevention
  • Pregnancy testing and all-options counseling
  • Urinary and vaginal infection testing and treatment
