Provides substance use prevention, intervention, education, and support services to those in need. Services provided: - Co-Occurring Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders Outpatient Treatment Program: Offers a thorough assessment, treatment, peer support, and educational classes to adults. The outpatient program is designed to help individuals understand their substance use, mental health, and the negative impact it has on their lives. - Substance Use Assessments: Offers a comprehensive substance use assessment to adults and adolescents age 13 and older. The assessment is conducted to evaluate the person's substance use history, physical and mental health, medications, past treatment experiences, daily life, and legal issues related to substance use. - Substance Use Counseling and Group Sessions: Offers individual and group sessions for outpatient treatment and aftercare programs. Clients meet with clinicians to develop treatment goals and monitor progress. The program utilizes culturally specific and evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and recovery management skills.
