Early childhood intervention and education program. Parents learn about child's health and development and get ideas about what to teach and at what age to teach it. Parents learn their child's ability to hear, move, see, play, talk, learn and grow. Questionnaires are sent out every 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 30 and 36 months of age. Parents fill them out and send them back. Parents will get the results and together, parents and the program can plan what to do next.
