Program components including: - Group skills training: Meet once a week for 2-3 hours - Individual DBT therapy: Weekly individual sessions with a trained DBT therapist - Phone coaching: Available as needed outside of the therapy-hour - Diary cards and assignments: Used in both Skills Group and Individual DBT Therapy, participants can rate their mood, behavior, and skills on a daily basis including practice exercises. DBT Graduate Group available for ongoing care and support for adults who have recently completed a standard (stage 1) DBT program.
