- High efficiency and Energy Star appliance rebates
- Renewable Energy program
- Air Conditioning Options: Air source heating and cooling, and cycled air conditioning
- Electric Heat Options: Storage space heating
- Electric Water Heating Option: Storage water heating program
- Storage Space Heating Options: Slab heat, storage room heaters, central storage furnace, dual fuel options, and freedom heating
